STEP 1. the sizer works like a belt. push the end through the buckle to form a ring shape.
STEP 2. slip the sizer onto your finger. adjust to a comfortable fit. the sizer should slide on easily and be snug to take off over the knuckle.
STEP 3. when the best fit is achieved, read off the size indicated by the arrow. voila!

TIP: TEMPERATURE IS IMPORTANT. do not measure when your body temperature is either too cold or too hot. a cold finger shrinks while a hot finger expands causing an inaccurate reading.
